Necessary session storage
The HttpOnly docsbynet_session cookie identifies your secure session and enables anti-forgery checks, account access and authoritative game rounds. It uses SameSite=Lax and a seven-day lifetime for remembered sessions; choosing not to remember sign-in creates a session cookie. These cookies do not contain your password.
A chosen play break
The docsbynet_break cookie contains an opaque token for a confirmed break. Its expiry follows the duration you selected. It helps prevent a new guest pass or sign-in from bypassing that break on the same browser. Removing storage does not remove the account-level restriction.
Your preferences
We store cookie choices in your browser so the notice does not appear on every page. Guest reading-light preferences and game comfort settings may also use local browser storage. Account preferences are saved to your profile when you explicitly save them. These choices do not alter game results.
Optional analytics
If analytics are enabled, they help understand public page usage after your analytics choice. Microsoft Clarity may use _clck and _clsk cookies after you accept analytics. Keitaro visit counting and passive Palladium assessment use the same optional choice. Private account routes, Support forms and play histories are excluded. Advertising storage stays denied. Rejecting or withdrawing optional consent stops future observation, removes accessible Clarity cookies and reloads the page without the optional recording script. You can change your choice through Cookie settings.
How to change a choice
Open Cookie settings in the footer. Reject optional storage or clear your saved choice there. Your browser also provides tools to inspect and remove cookies. Blocking necessary storage can prevent sign-in and gameplay. The Privacy Policy explains data use and your rights.
